Stanley Robert Bob Crewe was an American singer-songwriter, dancer, manager, record producer and fine artist. His main genre of musical work was rock, pop, R&B and soul. He was best known for his work with Jersey Boys and The Four Seasons. His work with Frankie Valli and Bob Gaudio, made a string of Top 10 singles for The Four Seasons. He was also known for his hit recordings with Freddy Cannon, Lesley Gore, Michael Jackson, Bobby Darin, Roberta Flack and Patti LaBelle.

Crewe was born in Newark, New Jersey and raised in Belleville.

Crewe died on September 11, 2014 at his nursing home in Scarborough, Maine. He was 82.
